Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the Product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer may use the form available on this page. The Product must be shipped within 14 (fourteen) days from sending the withdrawal notice to the following address:U.S. Sassuolo Calcio S.r.l.c/o Mapei Football Centervia Giorgio Squinzi 141049 Sassuolo (MO) – Italy.The return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. The Product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, complete with labels and free from signs of use, handling and/or damage. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for made-to-measure and/or personalised Products, including, by way of example, products made to order with number, name and/or other customisations. The refund of all payments received must be made within 14 (fourteen) days from sending the withdrawal notice. The refund may be withheld until the Product is received.
