Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer may use the withdrawal form available on this page. The Product must be shipped within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the withdrawal notice is sent, to the following address:U.S. Sassuolo Calcio S.r.l.c/o Mapei Football CenterVia Giorgio Squinzi 141049 Sassuolo (MO) – Italy.The costs of returning the Product shall be borne by the Customer. The Product must be returned in its original condition, in its original packaging, complete with all labels, and free from any signs of use, handling, and/or damage. The right of withdrawal may not be exercised in relation to Products that have been made to the Customer’s specifications or are clearly personalized, including, without limitation, Products customized with a name, number and/or any other personalized feature. Any payments received from the Customer shall be refunded within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal. However, the refund may be withheld until the returned Product has been received.
